Turnaround

Once deposit is made and art is approved, our standard turnaround time is two weeks. Our two-week turnaround time does not include shipping. Need your shirts sooner? We can probably do it. Orders requested to be done before our standard turnaround time may include a rush fee as follows:
10-13 day turnaround: 10%
7-10 day turnaround: 15%
4-7 day turnaround: 30%
1-3 day turnaround: 50%

Images

We prefer images to be in any Adobe format. More specifically, vector images or non-photo realistic images we prefer in Adobe Illustrator format (.ai, or .eps), Photo realistic images work best as Adobe Photoshop images (.psd). We do realize however that not everybody has the resources to cough up hundreds of dollars for these art programs. We can work with any image you have, they just don’t translate quite as well as the Adobe formatted images do. If you only have a .jpeg, or .gif, or even a hand drawn image, we will try our best to make it compatable with the screen printing process within the 30 minutes of free art time that comes included with every order. Difficult images may include an art surcharge for “doctoring” images.

PROOF!

After artwork is submitted, and deposit is made, and before we go to press with your project, we will e-mail you a PDF proof for your approval. We only send out one PDF proof per design regardless of how many different styles of garment are ordered, or how many ink color changes there are. If you’d like the dimensions of your design to be different on a certain garment, we need to know! It may affect the cost of your order, and WILL result in additional PDF proof(s) to be sent to you!
The PDF proof will include proposed dimensions and ink colors. We base our ink colors on the pantone formula guide solid coated. Every computer monitor is different! Colors may appear different on your monitor than the actual proposed ink color. If you don’t have access to a Pantone formula guide, and you are questioning our proposed ink color choices, come in (or go to your local art store if out of area)! We’ve got the resources to satisfy your uncertainty! If your opinion differs from ours, let us know! We’ll keep sending you proofs until you’re happy. We can’t go to press with your project until you approve your proof.

Returns

We fully back our print work here at EvolTwin Printing! That is to say, that if your order significantly differs from the PDF proof we sent you before we went to press, we’d be happy to replace those pieces.

Cancelled Orders

Once deposit is made, any cancellations must be made within 72 hours, which will result in a 20% restocking fee. After 72 hours, it is not possible for us to restock most items. Well try our hardest to work with you in any way possible in the event of a cancelled orders made after 72 hours, but as to respect the policies of the companies with whom we hold wholesale accounts with, we cannot sell blank garments.

Customer Stock

As to respect the policies of the companies with whom we hold wholesale accounts with, we generally do not handle customer stock. That isn’t to say that we never handle customer stock. For example, say you run a coffee shop, we couldn’t in good faith accept your customer stock from your wholesale source that only grants wholesale accounts to those who operate an apparel related business. On the other hand, say you are a not for profit organization that helps fight global warming. Because an apparel manufacturer respects what you are doing for the greater good, they donate a ton of T-shirts to you, but you need someone to print on them. We would be happy to accept your stock, and give you a discounted rate for doing so.
